The Vlad-n-ator ~~ "I'm going to pump you up!" He is Gret and my Team Coach for the Biggest Loser contest at our gym (World Gym). Kicking our butts once a week. Last trip to the gym I burned 1,113 calories in an hour and a half. Ouchie.
